He could have managed to jump to one of the trees. It was hardly possible to reach the roof from here, and the drop was pretty much straight down. His eyes swept the premises, and he considered calling out, but he didn't want to draw attention to himself, so instead he looked for possible escape routes from the bedroom window. Dipper groaned and leaned out the window. The window was propped open, and Dipper specifically remembered it being closed before he left. Outside! Dipper spun around and looked at the attic window adorned with a symbol not unlike Bill's. The room was completely quiet, safe for the sounds of outside. "Bill?" Dipper looked around the room, expecting the dream demon to jump out at him, shouting "boo," but no such thing happened. He kicked the door closed and walked in, setting the food down on the nightstand. "I didn't know what you would like, so." Dipper trailed off. He opened the door with his elbow, pushing it with his shoulder. He then grabbed a small snack bag of potato chips, and headed back upstairs. Dipper finished making the sandwich and tossed the peanut-butter covered butter knife in the sink, returning the jelly to the fridge, the peanut-butter to the pantry. After a few moments of debate with himself, Dipper decided to go with the safe, default option a peanut-butter and jelly sandwich with some chips. ![]() ![]() What did you feed an all-powerful dream demon?
